Allure and Chanel Want to Give You $700 Worth of Booty
Oh I do indeed love me some free stuff. I’ll even get ecstatic over a free sample or a “free” gift with purchase like Clinique’s Bonus time offer.
But Chanel and Allure have gone above and beyond with their latest contest of something that I (okay, or you) can potentially get for free.
As of yesterday, October 8, you can enter to win Chanel’s entire fall 2007 makeup line through Allure. Some lucky person will receive all 23 products which totals more than $700 worth of lip, eye, and nail colors. The winning loot specifics include “the limited-edition palette of pink-beige Shiny Satin Lipgloss in Orchidées; eye shadow quads in Garden Party (greens and pinks) and Sequoia (peaches and browns); and nail polish in Tulipe Noire, Lily Beige, and Magnolia Rose,” according to Allure.
Why you would ever need $700 worth of makeup products - and only 23 products at that - is beyond me. But hey, if it’s free!
And since I probably won’t be so lucky as to win, you can just share some of the prize with me when you win. Okay? You know I’d do the same for you! In fact, I will put it down in writing, right here: If I win this contest, I will turn around and give away some of the Chanel products to you guys and gals out there. We have to share the wealth, after all!
