Sparkle a Little or Shine a Lot
We are still seeing metallics everywhere! If you’re at the right event - such as Petra Nemcova was here when she attended the Nelson Mandela Unite For A Better World Gala Dinner on September 2 - you can pull off head-to-toe shine, but not many of us get invited to international galas on a regular basis.
Handbags, jewelry, belts, and other accessories are an easy way to add just a little sparkle to your outfit. But what about actual clothes? Jenny McCarthy showed off the perfect way to add a little sparkly trim to a classic little black dress (accessory-free) when she hosted this weekend’s Labor Day party at Pure nightclub. Her get-up is much more doable for a holiday party then Petra’s, and more up-to-date then a silver beaded bag. Plus, the light silver neck trim really highlights her face!
